NLA EPCs

Why do I need an Energy Performance Certificate?

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are a legal requirement for the majority of rental properties. Legislation states from 1st October 2008, an EPC is required whenever a building in the social or private rented sectors is let to a new tenant.

An EPC assesses the energy performance of a property, grading it from 'A' to 'G' with A being the most energy efficient and G being the least. The EPC must be undertaken by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.

NLA EPCs offers nationwide EPC coverage with Domestic Energy Assessors you can trust.
